Christ the King School Catholic Voluntary Academy is arranged into 5 learning areas. Each learning area covers related subjects and is attached to a house name with Christian relevance. Our learning areas work together to provide the best foundation we can for our students as they move forward in both their educational and spiritual life, preparing them for the journey they travel in the future.
The tutors in each house support the students in their registration groups to provide pastoral support, and to be a first point of call should students have any issues.
The learning areas are as follows:
- Spiritual and Human – Lindisfarne House
- Communications – Holywell House
- Creative and Active – Canterbury House
- Maths, ICT and Technology – Walsingham House
- Science – Iona House
