Admissions

The Our Lady of Lourdes Trust is the Admission Authority for all the schools within the Trust and as such is responsible for determining the admissions policy. On behalf of the Trust, the admissions are co-ordinated by Nottingham County Council.

HOW TO APPLY

IN YEAR APPLICATIONS

If you have moved address, recently arrived in Nottingham or if you want your child to change schools to Christ the King CVA then you will need to apply for an in-year transfer to Christ the King CVA. All applications must be made via the Nottingham County Council School Hub. We do not accept applications made directly to the school.

As we are a faith school we do require some additional documentation from you if you are applying on the basis of religion. You will need to complete a Supplementary Information Form (this can be downloaded below) and send this directly to the school along with a copy of your child’s Baptism Certificate. These documents can be posted to the school or emailed to admissions@christtheking.notts.sch.uk

YEAR 6 INTO YEAR 7 ADMISSIONS

All applications must be made via the Nottingham County Council School Hub. We do not accept applications made directly to the school.

As we are a faith school we do require some additional documentation from you if you are applying on the basis of religion. You will need to complete a Supplementary Information Form (this can be downloaded above) and send this directly to the school along with a copy of your child’s Baptism Certificate. These documents can be posted to the school or emailed to admissions@christtheking.notts.sch.uk.

Please be aware that if we do not receive the completed Supplementary Information Form and a copy of the Baptism Certificate by 31 October it could result in your child being placed in a lower admissions category in the oversubscription criteria and may affect your child’s chance of being offered a place.
