We ask all prospective Sixth Form students to complete an application form. On this form, you will need to select the three subjects you wish to study and a reserve subject—this reserve is important in case your first three choices are unavailable. Finally, please ensure you complete the section explaining your interest in attending our Sixth Form.

Once you have completed the form, please return to Mr Reddington at nreddington@christtheking.notts.sch.uk or pass to your form tutor if you are a Christ the King Year 11 student.

Home School Agreement

Each student and parent is also expected to sign the Home-School agreement which is contract outlining the expectations of the school, the student and parents in supporting their child to be successful during the Post-16 education.
